You can book on-line right away, just complete the online accommodation form to secure your accommodation. Applying for the accommodation does not bind you to a contract, only by signing a tenancy/license agreement are you contracted to the room.

*NEW* The Pinnacles are offering first year students peace of mind this year, promising to release anyone from their contract if they don't get a place at University in Sheffield. No other private accommodation provider is offering this deal, so make the most of it. If you don't get the grades you need, no problem- simply provide the proof and we will cancel your contract and return your deposit in full.

You will be emailed your tenancy agreement at the time of booking or you can download it here. THIS TENANCY AGREEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. If you wish to book a room with Digs, please ensure that an application has been submitted via the online booking system. Once you have completed and submitted your application a copy of the tenancy agreement will be sent to you via email.

Back by popular demand, the highly successful Refer a Friend has made a welcomed comeback.

Know anyone who is still looking for somewhere to live next year? If you refer them to us and they sign up you will bag yourself a nifty £50! Referring is easy, your friend simply needs to tell us they have been referred when they apply and we will do the rest! This offer is only on between 1st May and 18th July, so get your skates on with the referrals.
